Mission Statement
Our Mission & Our Vision
For over 80 years, the Community Players of Hobbs has been
making theater-goers of North Grimes and Hobbs laugh, cry,
marvel, and remember the classics through our performances at
the Playhouse. All of our actors and performers aim to honor and
preserve the art of theater and serve this community we’ve been
so thankful to be a part of for over eight decades.

Education & Outreach
With the goal of fostering a sense of love for theater early on in life and investing in the next generation of performers and artists in our community, the Playhouse is dedicated to education through our Youth Performing Arts Workshops. For 15 straight years we have offered students aged 9-18 the chance to receive instruction in all areas of play production from set design to singing to character development and more.
